“First Note Academy” is the first step in your child’s journey as a musician. Designed to support children aged 5 – 7 years discover a variety of musical instruments, the programme develops children’s musical skills through taster lessons of 6 different instruments.
If you’re keen for your child to start learning a musical instrument but not sure where to start, “First Note Academy” can offer individual and personalised lessons and guidance to start them on their musical journey.
You will receive feedback after the programme about your child’s progress, and guidance about where to go next.

A package of 6 private music lessons for one child. Each lesson will develop musical skills through learning a different musical instruments: piano, recorder, ukulele, Jsax, violin & PBone.

A term’s worth (12 lessons) of private piano lessons but with a few other instrument trials thrown in along the way. The programme will focus primarily on learning piano and developing basic keyboard skills, reading music notation and general musicianship, but with some flexibility for trialling other instruments (including violin, ukulele, Jsax and recorder) as suits your child.
Want to be a bit more flexible?
If you want to do an extra lesson on one of the instruments and substitute one out, why not? The programme can be personalised to which ever of the six you would prefer to try!
